I was out in the boondocks, or as some say the "Boonies" and I got a text from a friend saying that AT&T bought out T-mobile, right before I reached to the point of no return(or the area of lost service for T-mobile). I WAS LIKE "WORD?!" I commented this to my social circle of friends. One of my friends said, "they bought it for 39 million."Um, really?", was my response. This turned into a rapid fire joke.
"Hey AT&T traded a Bugatti for T-mobile", another friend threw in "and two tires", hey why not that's a bargain! I am aware the Bugatti is around 1 million to 2 million but the association between 39 million and a Bugatti and two tires was very humorous to me.
I am happy about the sale, you see in good ol Gainesville, FL the T-mobile service sucks pretty much everywhere that is not near the university. I know for a fact that most of the places where I hang out AT&T has great coverage so we'll just wait and see.
If you are curious as to the fact if I'll be getting an iPhone, well I guess you'll just have to wait and see. I know I am.
